Keep your dashboard in view If your camera position or field of view cuts off the truck’s own dashboard, pop out The Dispatcher’s dashboard and place it over your game. Resize and position the window so the readings stay within easy sight.

A conversation connected to your drive Activate Talk to Dispatcher, ask your question and hear a spoken reply. Voice recognition turns your request into a supported trip question or navigation command.
The panel shows the response and keeps a conversation history you can review. Quick questions give you another way to ask for common information.

“How much longer do I have on this drive?” Arrival estimates depend on game data and do not include extra stops. Local arrival is approximate; rest and deadline information depend on the job and game settings. Screenshots show example journeys.

Choose the voice beside you
Meet your two dispatchers: Erin Hart, known as Heart on the radio, and Michael Mercer. Each brings a distinct personality to your drive in ATS or ETS2.
Erin Hart · “Heart” Kind, patient and organized. Erin worked her way from warehouse receiving through night dispatch to fleet operations. She connects the details, asks useful questions and believes the best plan is one that works for the driver.
Michael Mercer Calm, practical and quietly funny. Michael spent nearly three decades driving regional and long-haul freight before moving to dispatch. He brings a driver’s perspective, straightforward answers and a reassuring presence on a long run.

Ask either dispatcher to find fuel, rest stops, service or scales and set a route with your voice. Check your next turn, return to your delivery, or ask about cargo, arrival time, fuel range and available truck readings—all using your game and navigation data.

The best part: ask your dispatcher to set the route Voice recognition connects the dispatcher directly to navigation. Find a supported stop, ask to go there and follow the route in The Dispatcher.
Find the next stop “Navigate to the nearest fuel station.” Plan a break “Take me to a rest stop.” Use the result you just heard “Navigate there.” Continue the delivery “Back to delivery.” You can also ask for your next turn or say “End navigation” to stop guidance.

Keep The Dispatcher running on your gaming PC. Connect your phone or tablet on the same home network using the app’s device link or connection code. Select Navigation in the device’s panel choices. Add other available panels to suit your setup. The software overlays sit over the game on your computer. The companion views run on the real phone or tablet you already own.
The Dispatcher calculates its own routes; it does not change the game’s GPS route. Navigation requires supported map data for the active game and map setup. Physical devices are not included.

Make it yours
Five core panels. Two distinct looks. Choose Classic or Modern, then tailor the instruments and lighting to your cab. Both themes keep the same core driving, dispatch and navigation features.
Theme previews combine the actual application layout with an existing navigation example. Driving readings are shown disconnected. Optional CB Radio is visible and sold separately.
Your look, down to the details
Choose your instrument layout Classic: Original, Mack or Auto Meter. Modern: Twin, Sweep, Trapezoid or Volvo Digital. Use the dashboard arrows to browse the styles within your selected theme.
Give Classic a different finish Use the Finish menu to choose wood, carbon fiber, aluminum or black wood. Change the surrounding surfaces while keeping the traditional instruments.
Set the color and brightness Use the lighting color slider to choose white or a rainbow color, then adjust brightness to suit your screen and room.
Switch between day and night Choose day or night instrument lighting. Navigation also has its own day/night map control, so you can set the map appearance separately.

Start with the Modern / Classic selector in the Dashboard header. Browse the gauge faces, then adjust the lighting controls beside it. Your theme carries through the panels for a consistent cockpit.
