Choose the voice beside you
Meet your two dispatchers: Erin Hart, known as Heart on the radio, and Michael Mercer. Each brings a distinct personality to your drive in ATS or ETS2.

Calm, practical and quietly funny. Michael spent nearly three decades driving regional and long-haul freight before moving to dispatch. He brings a driver’s perspective, straightforward answers and a reassuring presence on a long run.

Ask either dispatcher to find fuel, rest stops, service or scales and set a route with your voice. Check your next turn, return to your delivery, or ask about cargo, arrival time, fuel range and available truck readings—all using your game and navigation data.
Choose the personality you enjoy hearing. Both offer the same supported driving questions and navigation commands.

Add waypoints to your journey
Build a route with intermediate stops instead of navigating to just one destination.
Choose your final destination. Start with your delivery or a supported map location.
Select a place on the map. Open its location card.
Choose Add waypoint. Add up to five intermediate stops while keeping the final destination.
Use Navigate here when you want the selected location to become your destination.
The best part: ask your dispatcher to set the route
Voice recognition connects the dispatcher directly to navigation. Find a supported stop, ask to go there and follow the route in The Dispatcher.

You can also ask for your next turn or say “End navigation” to stop guidance.
Navigation over your game
Pop out the map as a separate window or choose a phone-shaped or tablet-shaped software overlay. Position it over the game so your route stays in view.

Your physical devices can show the companion dashboard too. Keep the game on your main screen and put navigation beside your wheel.
Keep The Dispatcher running on your gaming PC.
Connect your phone or tablet on the same home network using the app’s device link or connection code.
Select Navigation in the device’s panel choices. Add other available panels to suit your setup.
The software overlays sit over the game on your computer. The companion views run on the real phone or tablet you already own.
The Dispatcher calculates its own routes; it does not change the game’s GPS route. Navigation requires supported map data for the active game and map setup. Physical devices are not included.
