THE DISPATCHER / SUPPORT

Good questions. Straight answers.

Everything you need to know about the base license, optional panels, downloads, and getting on the road.

What is The Dispatcher?

A Windows companion app for American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator 2. It brings conversation, navigation, trip information, and customizable instruments into your driving setup.

What comes with the base license?

Five core panels: Dashboard, Auxiliary, Dispatcher, Trip, and Navigation.

Does one license work with both ATS and ETS2?

Yes. The base license supports both games. The games themselves are sold separately.

Can I talk to the dispatcher?

Yes. Use your talk control to ask about your route, delivery, timing, and supported truck information.

Can I move panels around my setup?

Yes. Use supported pop-out windows and place panels over your game or on another screen. Phone and tablet views are also available.

Are optional panels included in the base price?

No. Optional panels are separate one-time purchases. Buy only the ones you want.

Can I buy the base now and add panels later?

Yes. You can return and purchase available panels later. You do not have to buy everything in one checkout.

Which optional panels can I buy now?

Infotainment and Truck are available. CB Radio, Logbook, and Story Mode are coming soon.

Is The Dispatcher a monthly subscription?

No. The base license is a one-time purchase with no required monthly payment. Optional panels are separate one-time purchases.

Will my antivirus or Windows show a warning?

A security tool may warn about an unfamiliar new app. Download only from your purchase link. If you see a warning, report it to us with a screenshot and the name of the security tool. Do not disable your antivirus to install The Dispatcher.

Will The Dispatcher slow down my game?

The Dispatcher has run well across a triple-4K-screen setup. Performance depends on what else your computer is doing; recording, streaming, and other demanding programs may compete for resources.

What PC do I need?

The Dispatcher runs on Windows alongside ATS or ETS2. We have not set a verified minimum hardware requirement yet.

Where do I find my download and purchases?

Check your purchase email for the download link. You can also select Login / My Purchases at the top of the website to view your orders.

How do I receive updates?

When a new version is released, use The Dispatcher’s update feature. We also announce releases in our Discord. You do not need to buy the base again for each update.

Is this a finished release?

The Dispatcher is a public beta. You can use it now, but you may encounter bugs or features that are still being improved.

Where can I get help or report a bug?

Join the Dispatcher Discord for setup help, updates, and bug reports. Tell us what happened and which part of The Dispatcher you were using.
