Choosing a DSS SimHub display for a MOZA sim rig

A useful sim racing dashboard needs to fit your wheelbase, remain visible behind the wheel and connect reliably to your PC. Start with the display layout, then confirm the exact mounting option.

Choose the layout

  • HyperLine-X: a single 7.8-inch ultra-wide 1280 × 400 USB display for SimHub, without HDMI.
  • Duo Tech: two 3.4-inch round touchscreen gauges, without a center screen.
  • Triple Tech: two 3.4-inch round touchscreen gauges plus a 4-inch center screen.

HyperLine-X offers a continuous wide dashboard layout. Duo Tech and Triple Tech offer separate round gauge screens. Choose based on the information you want visible and the physical space in your rig, rather than screen size alone.

MOZA and MOZA TSW are separate bracket options

These listings offer a MOZA bracket and a separate MOZA TSW bracket. Select the bracket intended for your setup and compare the mounting images with your wheelbase and wheel. A MOZA name on a listing is not a promise that every base, wheel and mounting arrangement will fit.

Check clearance through the full steering range and confirm that the wheel rim does not obscure the gauges. Triple Tech's listing recommends a wheel diameter of 380 mm or more. If you use a smaller wheel, an inverted wheelbase or a custom cockpit mount, ask DSS to confirm your installation before buying.

Check the USB requirements

HyperLine-X uses a single USB cable for power and display data. Duo Tech and Triple Tech need a USB 3.0 connection for each screen or a suitable powered USB hub; their listings specify at least 60 W and 5 A, with fewer than 10 ports recommended. Do not use an unpowered hub for those multi-screen displays.

Use the supplied setup instructions

Install and configure SimHub using the instructions supplied with your display. Identify each physical screen and assign the matching dashboard file. A USB dashboard is not an HDMI monitor; follow the display-specific setup rather than treating it as a conventional extra PC monitor.

Check current price, stock, exact configuration and included hardware on the product page. If you need help, send DSS your wheelbase model, wheel diameter and mounting photos.
